For a new player, choose the free Prismana that fills a job your roster lacks. If you do not yet have dependable sustain, a healing-oriented option such as Glacy is often easier to learn with than another pure damage pick.
Do Not Turn a Free Choice into a Rushed Choice
A free Prismana is valuable precisely because it can solve an early roster gap. Look at your actual party first.
If the claim does not expire immediately, play enough of the opening to identify whether your team lacks survival, Break, or reliable damage. The best answer is rarely the same for a player who already has sustain and a player who repeatedly falls in ordinary encounters.
Read the live claim screen for eligibility, selection limits, and expiry. Event choices can be account, server, or launch-period specific, so the in-game wording wins over an old screenshot.

Use Role Coverage as the Tiebreaker
Choose a damage-oriented Prismana if your team already survives comfortably but has trouble finishing encounters. Choose a Break-oriented option if capture/control windows are your weak point. Choose healing or regeneration if learning fights leaves your party constantly depleted.
Glacy is commonly suggested to beginners because a healing-oriented teammate can make mistakes less punishing. That is a recommendation for comfort, not a claim that every account must choose Glacy.
