Aniimo Pre-Registration Rewards Missing? Mailbox & Email Fix

This page only names items that appear on official Aniimo pages. It does not publish a reward total, gift-code list, or claim deadline unless the publisher states one.

The official launch page lists a rare Prismana Aniimo choice for players who become Junior Wayfarers, plus rewards connected with catching, collecting, and launch events. Open the event itself for the rules that apply to your account.

The same page lists a mysterious Susuta egg for official pre-registration and a random Perfect Egg for multiple logins. It also lists milestone items such as Glimmer, Aniipod Ultra, an avatar frame, and a limited outfit.

The August 26 pre-launch event notice says its profile-card-background reward is delivered when the email used for the event matches the email used to create your first character after launch. That event had its own published dates, so do not treat it as a permanent offer.

Step 1: Locate the exact email used for the event or pre-registration. Search that inbox and spam folder for a verification message, then confirm you can still receive its code.

Step 2: Sign in to the intended Aniimo Pass identity, select the correct server, and check the in-game Mailbox. A reward can look absent when you are checking a different account or regional character.

Step 3: If the reward is still missing, record the event name, email, platform, server, character ID, verification status, and a Mailbox screenshot. Send these through F10 feedback where available or the current official support route—never send a password or one-time code.

The official launch FAQ says a console pre-order or purchase reward must first be claimed by logging in on the same console platform where it was purchased. After the intended Aniimo Pass is linked, the reward can be used on other supported platforms on the same server.

If the item is absent, do not buy it again or create another console account. Keep the platform receipt, platform profile name, server, character ID, and a Mailbox screenshot, then ask official support to review the purchase claim.

If you already have a code string and need Settings → Account → Gift Code Redemption, open the gift-codes page. Stay here when the missing item came from pre-registration, a launch event, or a console purchase—those land in Mail after eligibility, not after typing a promo string.

A four-check before a ticket: 1) the email on the event form; 2) verification mail, including spam; 3) Mailbox on the same Pass and server; 4) the original notice’s eligibility line. Creating a second Pass to “see if the reward appears” splits the evidence.
